Building Sacred Community Through Worship and Ministry

Our Love A Lunch Ministry serves God’s hungry people in our community Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 11 am until noon. Members and friends gather on these days to cook and give out a home- cooked meal. This vital ministry is an outward illustration of our faith in action.

The Community Garden is a seasonal ministry that aims to grow fresh healthy food for God’s hungry people. The goal of this ministry is to connect members of the community with the members and friends of the church in a ministry that benefits our neighbors. We are always looking for more gardeners to volunteer and help us with this vital ministry. Please contact us if you are interested in joining this ministry

Women of Worth is a ministry designed for members, friends, and community members who are interested in meeting monthly with other women to participate in educational activities, fellowship, and crafts. The Women of Worth sponsor our yearly Cookie Walk and support outreach projects in our community and beyond.

Throughout the year the members and friends of CCCUCC participate in outreach ministries to address the needs of NPR and beyond. For example, several times a year we collect non -perishable food items, clothing and black socks to donate to those in need.

Several times a year we host a lunch for learning disabled adults in our community. This lunch provides them the opportunity for fellowship, refreshments and to interact with our faith community.

The members and friends of CCCUCC are constantly looking for ways to put our faith into action by supporting our neighbors in need. If you have an outreach ministry that would like to partner with our church, please contact us. Please know that all are invited to participate in all of these ministry opportunities.

Members and friends are invited to join our Music Ministry Team and help praise God through music. The choir meets once a week at 6:30pm on Thursday evening to rehearse and plan music for worship. Our music director, Denise, would love to have you join us and help “make a joyful noise to the Lord!”
